Get your stretch on and join the MGA for virtual yoga every Monday!
Weekly yoga sessions for graduate students are back, but due to the current climate, we are offering them online via Zoom. That means you can do it in the comfort of your own home!
Our classes are suitable for those who are new to yoga and are looking for an opportunity to move, stretch and get the blood flowing, to those who enjoy going upside down and wanting to expand their practice.
What you need
All you need is a little bit of space, a mat and a water bottle. If you want to create more ambience for your practice, here are a few extra tips:
- Choose a space that feels good.
- Keep the room clean and uncluttered.
- Make it comfortable.
- Consider the lighting.
- Bring nature into your space.
- Personalise your space.
- Add a beautiful aroma.
- Play your favourite tunes on Spotify.

Please take note, the class will not run on Easter Monday (5 April) and the last class for 2021 will be on Monday, 29 November 2021.
