Q: Are you a Monash graduate student enrolled by distance education or based at an off-campus* location?
A: If that is a ‘yes’, you are entitled to apply for a $25.00 Coles grocery digital voucher to purchase food, produce or any other essential items.
For those students who haven’t been able to access our on-campus welfare initiatives, we have something for you too!
Thanks to a generous donation from Professor David Copolov AO, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Major Campuses and Student Engagement), the MGA has a limited number of digital vouchers from Coles to buy fresh food, produce and other essential items to the value of $25.00.
It’s first in, first served. Applications for this program will remain open until funds are exhausted or until Wednesday, 30 June 2021.
Claim your voucher by clicking the link below and just remember, there’s no shame in spending it all on chocolate and toilet paper!
* Notes about eligibility
These vouchers are for graduate students who are enrolled by distance education or are based at an off-campus location in Australia because of the nature of their research or study.
Examples of off-campus locations include the Law Chambers, the Alfred Precinct, Monash Medical Centre, Box Hill Hospital, Moe School of Rural Health, Notting Hill, Bendigo, Southbank – Department of Forensic Medicine and Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute.
The following graduate students are not eligible to apply:
- Graduate students based at Caulfield, Clayton, Peninsula or Parkville
- Graduate students who are remote learning (i.e. based in India, China or any other country) because of the COVID-19 travel restrictions.
All applications for the voucher must include evidence that you are enrolled by distance education, or based at an off-campus location. This could be in the form of a copy of your enrolment on WES and/or your medical institution ID card. For example, if you are based at the Law Chambers, you could submit the relevant section of your enrolment on WES which shows your name and “Campus: MEL-LAWCHM”.
